Anti-XTP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the XTP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DEPDC1B gene, which encodes DEP domain containing 1B. This protein is known to function in cell migration and intracellular signal transduction, among other biological roles. The human version of XTP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 529 residues and a protein mass of 61.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be notably expressed in the tonsil, testis, lymph node, and gallbladder. Indicated applications for XTP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
