Anti-TASR2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TASR2 antigen is another term for the human protein serine and arginine rich splicing factor 10, encoded by the SRSF10 gene. The protein is reported to be a splicing factor that in its dephosphorylated form acts as a general repressor of pre-mRNA splicing. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 262 residues and a mass of 31.3 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed across many tissue types. The TASR2 protein is a member of the Splicing factor SR protein family. Other alias names for TASR2 include FUSIP1, FUSIP2, and NSSR. Indicated applications for TASR2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
