Anti-UKLF antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target UKLF is a known alias name of the protein KLF transcription factor 7, encoded by the KLF7 gene in humans. This 302-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in axon guidance and neuronal development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for UKLF include Krueppel-like factor 7 and Kruppel like factor 7.
