Anti-WISH antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the WISH antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NCKIPSD gene, which encodes NCK interacting protein with SH3 domain. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization and endocytosis, among other biological roles. The human version of WISH has a canonical amino acid length of 722 residues and a protein mass of 79 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. Other names for this target antigen include AF3P21, DIP, and DIP1. Indicated applications for WISH antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
