Anti-Ufe1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Ufe1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the STX18 gene, which encodes syntaxin 18. This protein is known to function in intracellular protein transport, among other biological roles. The human version of Ufe1 has a canonical amino acid length of 335 residues and a protein mass of 38.7 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER and Golgi of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Ufe1 is a member of the Syntaxin protein family. Western Blot is the most common application for the Ufe1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
