Anti-ZFP-91 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ZFP-91 is a known alias name of the protein ZFP91 zinc finger protein, atypical E3 ubiquitin ligase, encoded by the ZFP91 gene in humans. This 570-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of transcription, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is noted to be expressed ubiquitously, particularly at high level in testis. Other synonyms for ZFP-91 include E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase ZFP91, RING-type E3 ubiquitin transferase ZFP91, and drug resistance-associated sequence in melanoma 8. A number of ZFP-91 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
