Anti-UBOX3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the UBOX3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the UBE4B gene, which encodes ubiquitination factor E4B. This protein is known to function in protein ubiquitination, among other biological roles. The human version of UBOX3 has a canonical amino acid length of 1302 residues and a protein mass of 146.2 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include E4 and HDNB1. These UBOX3 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
