Anti-TSLRP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TSLRP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DNAAF11 gene, which encodes dynein axonemal assembly factor 11. This protein is known to function in cellular localization and male gonad development, among other biological roles. The human version of TSLRP has a canonical amino acid length of 466 residues and a protein mass of 54.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the testis, nasopharynx, fallopian tube, and bronchus. Other names for this target antigen include CILD19, LRRC6, and LRTP.
