Anti-TICRR antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein TOPBP1 interacting checkpoint and replication regulator. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1910 amino acid residues and a mass of 210.9 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Treslin protein family, TICRR is a reported regulator of DNA replication and S/M and G2/M checkpoints. Synonyms for this target antigen include treslin and topBP1-interacting replication-stimulating protein. TICRR gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of TICRR antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
