Anti-RMD3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RMD3 is a known alias name of the protein regulator of microtubule dynamics 3, encoded by the RMDN3 gene in humans. This 470-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cellular calcium homeostasis regulation. It is localized to the nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for RMD3 include FAM82A2, FAM82C, and RMD-3. Indicated applications for RMD3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
