Anti-RKTG antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RKTG antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PAQR3 gene, which encodes progestin and adipoQ receptor family member 3. This protein is known to function in protein phosphorylation, among other biological roles. The human version of RKTG has a canonical amino acid length of 311 residues and a protein mass of 36.2 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the Golgi of cells. RKTG is a member of the ADIPOR protein family.
