Anti-PP6569 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PP6569 antigen is another term for the human protein SH3 domain containing GRB2 like, endophilin B2, encoded by the SH3GLB2 gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 395 residues and a mass of 44 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is notably expressed in skeletal muscle, adipocyte, brain, lung, colon and mammary gland. The PP6569 protein is a member of the Endophilin protein family.
