Anti-PTPB antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PTPB antigen is another term for the human protein protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type B, encoded by the PTPRB gene. The protein is known to play an important role in blood vessel remodeling and angiogenesis. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1997 residues and a mass of 224.3 kilodaltons.
