Anti-Pso2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Pso2 is a known alias name of the protein DNA cross-link repair 1A, encoded by the DCLRE1A gene in humans. This 1040-amino acid residue protein is believed to be required for DNA interstrand cross-link repair. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the brain, heart, kidney, liver, pancreas, placenta and skeletal muscle. Other synonyms for Pso2 include SNM1 and SNM1A. Indicated applications for Pso2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
