Anti-SENEX antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SENEX antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ARHGAP18 gene, which encodes Rho GTPase activating protein 18. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization and the regulation of cell shape, among other biological roles. The human version of SENEX has a canonical amino acid length of 663 residues and a protein mass of 75 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for SENEX antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
