Anti-TRICA antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TRICA antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TMEM38A gene, which encodes transmembrane protein 38A. This protein is known to function in muscle contraction, among other biological roles. The human version of TRICA has a canonical amino acid length of 299 residues and a protein mass of 33.3 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in the cerebellum and skeletal muscle. TRICA is a member of the TMEM38 protein family. Indicated applications for TRICA antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunofluorescence.
