Anti-TAJ-alpha antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TAJ-alpha antigen is another term for the human protein TNF receptor superfamily member 19, encoded by the TNFRSF19 gene. The protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and hair follicle development, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 423 residues and a mass of 46 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and it is reported to be highly expressed in prostate. These TAJ-alpha antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
