Anti-SEC34 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SEC34 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the COG3 gene, which encodes component of oligomeric golgi complex 3. This protein is known to function in Golgi transport and Golgi organization, among other biological roles. The human version of SEC34 has a canonical amino acid length of 828 residues and a protein mass of 94.1 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the Golgi and membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. SEC34 is a member of the COG3 protein family. Indicated applications for SEC34 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
