Anti-TIL antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TIL is a known alias name of the protein toll like receptor 1, encoded by the TLR1 gene in humans. This 786-amino acid residue protein is known to participate in the innate immune response to microbial agents. It is localized to the cytoplasmic vesicles, Golgi, and cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for TIL include CD281 and CD281.
