Anti-TFB3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TFB3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MNAT1 gene, which encodes MNAT1 component of CDK activating kinase. This protein is known to function in DNA repair and the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological roles. The human version of TFB3 has a canonical amino acid length of 309 residues and a protein mass of 35.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the gallbladder, urinary bladder, and cerebellum. Other names for this target antigen include CAP35, MAT1, and RNF66. Western Blot is the most common application for the TFB3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
