Anti-RSP5 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RSP5 is a known alias name of the protein NEDD4 like E3 ubiquitin protein ligase, encoded by the NEDD4L gene in humans. This 975-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell differentiation and protein ubiquitination, among other biological processes. It is localized to the Golgi and cytoplasm of the cell and features ubiquitinated and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for RSP5 include NEDD4-2, NEDD4.2, and PVNH7. Indicated applications for RSP5 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
