Anti-RPP25L antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein ribonuclease P/MRP subunit p25 like. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 163 amino acid residues and a mass of 17.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the Histone-like Alba protein family, RPP25L is believed to be a component of ribonuclease P or MRP. Synonyms for this target antigen include RNase P protein subunit-like p25, alba-like protein C9orf23, ribonuclease P/MRP 25kDa subunit-like, rpp25-like protein, and ribonuclease P protein subunit p25-like protein. RPP25L gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some RPP25L antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
