Anti-RPN14 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RPN14 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PAAF1 gene, which encodes proteasomal ATPase associated factor 1. This protein is reported to inhibit proteasome 26S assembly and proteolytic activity by impairing the association of the 19S regulatory complex with the 20S core. The human version of RPN14 has a canonical amino acid length of 392 residues and a protein mass of 42.2 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. RPN14 is a member of the WD repeat PAAF1/RPN14 protein family. Indicated applications for RPN14 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
