Anti-TCTEX1D3 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TCTEX1D3 antigen is another term for the human protein dynein light chain Tctex-type 2, encoded by the DYNLT2 gene. The protein is believed to be an accessory component of axonemal dynein and cytoplasmic dynein 1. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 198 residues and a mass of 23.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and cytoplasm and it is reported to be highly expressed in the testis. The TCTEX1D3 protein is a member of the Dynein light chain Tctex-type protein family. Other alias names for TCTEX1D3 include TCTE3 and TCTE3.
