Anti-TASR antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TASR is a known alias name of the protein serine and arginine rich splicing factor 10, encoded by the SRSF10 gene in humans. This 262-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a splicing factor that in its dephosphorylated form acts as a general repressor of pre-mRNA splicing. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for TASR include FUSIP1, FUSIP2, and NSSR. Indicated applications for TASR antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
