Anti-TMPK2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TMPK2 antigen is another term for the human protein cytidine/uridine monophosphate kinase 2, encoded by the CMPK2 gene. The protein is believed to participate in dUTP and dCTP synthesis in mitochondria. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 449 residues and a mass of 49.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The TMPK2 protein is a member of the Thymidylate kinase protein family. Indicated applications for TMPK2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
