Anti-SWR1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SWR1 is a known alias name of the protein Snf2 related CREBBP activator protein, encoded by the SRCAP gene in humans. This 3230-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a catalytic component of the SRCAP complex which mediates the ATP-dependent exchange of histone H2AZ/H2B dimers for nucleosomal H2A/H2B, leading to transcriptional regulation of selected genes by chromatin remodeling. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for SWR1 include DEHMBA, DOMO1, and EAF1. Indicated applications for SWR1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
