Anti-SDH3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target SDH3 is a known alias name of the protein succinate dehydrogenase complex subunit C, encoded by the SDHC gene in humans. This 169-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a membrane-anchoring subunit of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) that is involved in complex II of the mitochondrial electron transport chain and is responsible for transferring electrons from succinate to ubiquinone (coenzyme Q). It is localized to the mitochondria of the cell. Other synonyms for SDH3 include CYB560, CYBL, and PGL3. Indicated applications for SDH3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
