Anti-SLEB10 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SLEB10 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the IRF5 gene, which encodes interferon regulatory factor 5. This protein is known to function in cytokine-mediated signaling pathways and viral immune response, among other biological roles. The human version of SLEB10 has a canonical amino acid length of 498 residues and a protein mass of 56 kilodaltons, although 6 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the nasopharynx, lymph node, fallopian tube, bone marrow, and appendix. SLEB10 is a member of the IRF protein family.
