Anti-SAPCD1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein suppressor APC domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 148 amino acid residues and a mass of 16.7 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. Synonyms for this target antigen include suppressor APC domain-containing protein 1 and protein G7d. SAPCD1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Immunofluorescence is the most common application for the Sapcd1 antibodies listed below. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
