Anti-TAIP-3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target TAIP-3 is a known alias name of the protein cysteine and serine rich nuclear protein 1, encoded by the CSRNP1 gene in humans. This 589-amino acid residue protein is known to bind to the consensus sequence 5'-AGAGTG-3' and has transcriptional activator activity (By similarity). It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types.
