Anti-Tango antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Tango antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ARNT gene, which encodes aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator. This protein is known to function in the differentiation of certain cell types, among other biological roles. The human version of Tango has a canonical amino acid length of 789 residues and a protein mass of 86.6 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for Tango antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
