Anti-SACI antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SACI antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ADCY10 gene, which encodes adenylate cyclase 10. This protein is known to function in intracellular signal transduction and the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological roles. The human version of SACI has a canonical amino acid length of 1610 residues and a protein mass of 187.1 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane, nucleus, mitochondria, and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus, tonsil, and appendix. SACI is a member of the Adenylyl cyclase class-4/guanylyl cyclase protein family. Indicated applications for SACI antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
