Anti-RZRB antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The RZRB antigen is another term for the human protein RAR related orphan receptor B, encoded by the RORB gene. The protein is reported to be a nuclear receptor that binds DNA as a monomer to ROR response elements (RORE) containing a single core motif half-site 5'-AGGTCA-3' preceded by a short A-T-rich sequence. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 470 residues and a mass of 53.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. The RZRB protein is a member of the Nuclear hormone receptor protein family. Other alias names for RZRB include EIG15, NR1F2, and ROR-BETA. Indicated applications for RZRB antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
