Anti-R3F antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the R3F antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PPP1R3F gene, which encodes protein phosphatase 1 regulatory subunit 3F. The human version of R3F has a canonical amino acid length of 799 residues and a protein mass of 82.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types.
