Anti-NHC antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NHC antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the HMGN4 gene, which encodes high mobility group nucleosomal binding domain 4. This protein is known to function in chromatin organization, among other biological roles. The human version of NHC has a canonical amino acid length of 90 residues and a protein mass of 9.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. This target antigen may also be known as HMG17L3. Indicated applications for NHC antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
