Anti-TFA antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TFA antigen is another term for the human protein coagulation factor III, tissue factor, encoded by the F3 gene. The protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and the regulation of angiogenesis, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 295 residues and a mass of 33.1 kilodaltons. It is a secreted protein. The TFA protein is a member of the Tissue factor protein family.
