Anti-PSH4 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene SPPL2B, or 'signal peptide peptidase like 2B' in humans. The 592-amino acid protein is a member of the Peptidase A22B family. The cellular localization is predicted to be membrane-associated. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
