Anti-PLEXD1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PLEXD1 is a known alias name of the protein plexin D1, encoded by the PLXND1 gene in humans. This 1925-amino acid residue protein is a reported cell surface receptor for SEMA4A and for class 3 semaphorins, such as SEMA3A, SEMA3C and SEMA3E. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. The term CHTD9 is another synonym for PLEXD1. Some PLEXD1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
