Anti-PLAP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PLAP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ASPN gene, which encodes asporin. The human version of PLAP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 380 residues and a protein mass of 43.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the extracellular matrix and is secreted of cells and notably expressed in soft tissue and testis. This target antigen may also be known as OS3. Indicated applications for PLAP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
