Anti-MDR-NF1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The MDR-NF1 antigen is another term for the human protein Y-box binding protein 1, encoded by the YBX1 gene. The protein is known to function in epidermis development and in utero embryonic development, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 324 residues and a mass of 35.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus, cytoplasm, and is secreted. It is widely expressed in many tissue types. The MDR-NF1 protein is a member of the YBX1 protein family. Other alias names for MDR-NF1 include BP-8, CBF-A, and CSDA2.
