Anti-NLI antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NLI antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the LDB1 gene, which encodes LIM domain binding 1. This protein is known to function in cell adhesion and cerebellar Purkinje cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of NLI has a canonical amino acid length of 411 residues and a protein mass of 46.5 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include CLIM-2 and CLIM2. Indicated applications for NLI antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
