Anti-RAL antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RAL antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RALA gene, which encodes RAS like proto-oncogene A. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization and the cell cycle, among other biological roles. The human version of RAL has a canonical amino acid length of 206 residues and a protein mass of 23.6 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria and cell membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include HINCONS and ras-related protein Ral-A. Indicated applications for RAL antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
