Anti-PPIAL4D antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein peptidylprolyl isomerase A like 4D. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 164 amino acid residues and a mass of 18.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. A member of the Cyclophilin-type PPIase protein family, PPIAL4D is known to be involved with protein folding. Synonyms for this target antigen include PPIase A-like 4D, peptidylprolyl isomerase A (cyclophilin A)-like 4D, and peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase A-like 4D. Some PPIAL4D antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Immunofluorescence is a widely used application for these antibodies. Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
