Anti-PDI2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PDI2 antigen is another term for the human protein peptidyl arginine deiminase 2, encoded by the PADI2 gene. The protein is known to catalyze the deimination of arginine residues of proteins. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 665 residues and a mass of 75.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is notably expressed in keratinocytes in epidermis. The PDI2 protein is a member of the Protein arginine deiminase protein family. Other alias names for PDI2 include PAD-H19 and PAD2. Indicated applications for PDI2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
