Anti-RGS-PX2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RGS-PX2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SNX14 gene, which encodes sorting nexin 14. This protein is known to function in protein transport, among other biological roles. The human version of RGS-PX2 has a canonical amino acid length of 946 residues and a protein mass of 110.2 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the lysosomes of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. RGS-PX2 is a member of the Sorting nexin protein family.
