Anti-REIIBP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the REIIBP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the NSD2 gene, which encodes nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein 2. This protein is known to function in bone development and chromatin organization, among other biological roles. The human version of REIIBP has a canonical amino acid length of 1365 residues and a protein mass of 152.3 kilodaltons, although 7 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include KMT3F, KMT3G, and MMSET. Indicated applications for REIIBP antibodies listed below include Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
