Anti-RC68 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RC68 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the INTS11 gene, which encodes integrator complex subunit 11. This protein is reported to be a catalytic component of the Integrator (INT) complex, a complex involved in the small nuclear RNAs (snRNA) U1 and U2 transcription and in their 3'-box-dependent processing. The human version of RC68 has a canonical amino acid length of 600 residues and a protein mass of 67.7 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include CPSF3L, CPSF3L, and CPSF73L. Indicated applications for RC68 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
