Anti-PR61B Antibody Products

Anti-PR61B antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The PR61B antigen is another term for the human protein protein phosphatase 2 regulatory subunit B'beta, encoded by the PPP2R5B gene. The protein is known to function in neuronal development and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 497 residues and a mass of 57.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is reported to be highly expressed in the brain. The PR61B protein is a member of the Phosphatase 2A regulatory subunit B56 protein family. Other alias names for PR61B include B56B and B56beta.
