Anti-OTUD7 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the OTUD7 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the OTUD7A gene, which encodes OTU deubiquitinase 7A. This protein is known to function in protein deubiquitination, among other biological roles. The human version of OTUD7 has a canonical amino acid length of 926 residues and a protein mass of 100.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells. OTUD7 is a member of the Peptidase C64 protein family.
